Each of the links below go to information about why I

people will do better on the Modified

Paleo-Mediterranean type diets.

Some foods can promote cancer.

The connections of how well the body manage blood sugar and and insulin are easy to follow. The trick is knowing how to work to fixing the system.

The food choice direct what type of bacteria flora grow in the gut - and the bi-products can direct genes in good or bad ways.

The bacteria and other organism in the gut can even change our blood pressure.

The fuel time we run on even impacts our brain and spinal cord.

The intestinal bugs can even alter emotional status.

High fructose corn syrup (HFCS) fructose is not just sugar - it cause you to get fat quicker than plain table sugar.

The idea that foods ( vegetables, fruits, nuts, seed and berries) contains natural chemical compounds called phytonutrients -now up to 25,000 different types is new. That these compounds can impact gene expression in our internal bacterial cultures and even in our own bodies is changing what it means to eat a balanced diet - to what is the right balance in a diet for my diet.

The metals we consume can alter our immune system activity in our intestines.

The bacteria that grow have been linked to several different health condition's. Rheumatoid arthritis, type 2 diabetes and even multiple sclerosis.
